Jerichos is owned and run by Jo and Chris Blaydes Chef-Proprietor, formerly Head Chef at Miller Howe for celebrated chef John Tovey. During this time Chris gathered a wealth of experience from TV work to cookery demonstrations countrywide with Delia Smith and John Tovey.

In 1997 Jo and Chris opened Jerichos Restaurant Windermere, where over a ten year period they built up a very successful and renowned restaurant which is highly rated in all the independent food guides.

Jerichos has since relocated which has now taken them into a new era to become a Restaurant with rooms. Jerichos has been modernised and updated giving it a contemporary feel and atmospheric buzz.
