Brian and Rosemary Campbell converted this historic country mansion into a selection of exclusive apartments and required a luxury brochure to reflect the character of this classic Georgian masterpiece and it's transformation.

We combined traditional and modern typefaces to mirror the character of the property where contemporary meets original using a heavyweight matt card for the cover with a hi-gloss paper for the inside pages.
